In this episode of The Hillbilly Farm "Mr. Yokel got a bad flu", the uncouth Jebadiah Yokel is yellowish and with a severe fever. Mrs. Yokel asks Mary Lou to take care of him because she is going to buy medicine. Mary Lou goes to his bedroom and is shocked to see Jebadiah's color. When the redneck girl searches another blanket inside a locker, Mr. Yokel realizes that she is not wearing panties... Now Mary Lou freaks out with Mr. Yokel's bulge under his blanket!
